What can I expect first?

First, book your free consultation. We want to make sure we’re a fit! Once we proceed we start all projects with a kick off! We want to ensure we’re aligned and expectations are clear on both ends. This gives us a clear understanding of how you communicate (do you prefer a weekly email, a weekly call, or just leave you alone unless needed!), what your goals are for your business, and where our baseline is to start.


How is payment paid?

Payment will be collected on a monthly basis divided equally based on your contract total.

We donate 10% of every monthly plan to local charities.


How long are your contracts?

We offer a minimum of 6 months. Like any relationship, the first couple of months is the learning phase, we need enough time to ensure we’re on the right path. If you choose not to renew your contract after the 6 months, we require 1 month written notice to do so.


Do I own the rights to my content, accounts, etc?

100% – we recommend you own everything. Integrity is something we value, and whether you stay with us for 6 months or 10 years, we want to make sure you’re set up for success!
